Feeding Recommendations:
200 gr/L of Halavit dilution if fed once a day or 125-175 gr/L of Halavit dilution if fed twice a day.
Feeding Instructions:
Add water at temperature of 45°C – 55°C to the stirrer (measure with thermometer). The amount of the water should be approximately half the amount of the desired final Halavit solution. Turn on the stirrer and pour the Halavit milk replacer gradually into the water and stir for 3 minutes. While stirring add cold/warm water in order to adjust the solution to reach 42°C (measure with thermometer). Serve Halavit milk replacer at a temperature of 38°C – 40°C.
